We at Fripp Island Getaway appreciate the needs of families to have a nice place to stay that won't break their bank accounts. We also understand the uncertainty of some of the graduation dates for those who are serving their country through the Marine Corps at Parris Island. We therefore have devised what we hope will be a helpful system for all in terms of security deposits and refunds at Fripp Island Getaway.

The $400 security deposit required at the time of booking will be fully refunded within two weeks after the party's departure date. This will allow the cleaning staff to inspect the property and assess any damage that may have occurred during each stay. If all is in order, the $400 deposit will be returned by check, along with a "good guest" coupon for $25 dollars off of your next stay with us at Fripp Island Getaway. If you recommend Fripp Island Getaway to someone else who then books with us, we will also send you another $25 check per referral.

If, for some reason, you need to cancel your booking after you have made your deposit, you will forfeit $200 of your $400 deposit.

If booking is cancelled after your balance has been paid, Fripp Island Getaway will make every effort to re-book those dates and return as much of your payment as possible. The amount of your refund, however, will be based on the number of dates that we are able to re-book the property.
